How do I book a hotel on InnVibes?
Simply search for your destination, select your dates and number of guests, browse available hotels, and choose a room. You can complete your booking securely through our payment system in just a few clicks.
Do I need an account to make a booking?
You can browse hotels without an account, but you'll need to sign in to complete a booking. Creating an account also gives you access to exclusive member rates, loyalty points, and the ability to manage your bookings.
Can I book multiple rooms at once?
Yes! When searching, you can specify the number of rooms you need. Each room can have different guest configurations. Group bookings for large parties may qualify for additional discounts.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
After completing your booking, you'll see a confirmation page with your booking details and a confirmation number. You'll also be able to view and manage your booking from the "My Bookings" page.
Can I make special requests for my stay?
Yes, you can add special requests during checkout (such as early check-in, extra pillows, or dietary needs). While hotels try their best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Why are InnVibes prices lower than other sites?
We negotiate insider rates directly with hotels and pass the savings to you. Our member pricing program offers even deeper discounts. We keep our commission low to give you the best possible rates on 2M+ properties worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. The available payment methods may vary by region.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see during search includes taxes and our fees. Some hotels may charge additional local taxes or resort fees at check-in—these are clearly disclosed on the hotel detail page before you book.
Can I change my currency?
Yes! Use the currency selector in the navigation bar to switch between USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and JPY. Prices will update across the entire site. Note that the final charge may vary slightly based on your bank's exchange rate.
What is member pricing?
Member pricing offers exclusive discounted rates available only to signed-in users. Simply create a free account and sign in to automatically see member prices on eligible hotels. No paid subscription required.
Cancellation & Changes
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to "My Bookings" in your account, select the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking." The cancellation policy and any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm. You can also contact our support team for assistance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. When booking, you'll see one of these labels: "Free Cancellation" (cancel before the deadline for a full refund), "Non-Refundable" (discounted rate with no refund), or a specific cancellation deadline with associated fees.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
You can modify guest information (names, contact details) from the "My Bookings" page. For date changes or room modifications, you may need to cancel and rebook. Contact our support team if you need assistance with changes.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds for cancelled bookings are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Good Vibes Club & Loyalty
What is the Good Vibes Club?
The Good Vibes Club is our loyalty program that rewards you for booking through InnVibes. Earn points on every booking, unlock exclusive rates, and redeem points for vouchers and discounts on future stays.
How do I earn points?
Points are automatically earned on every eligible booking. The number of points earned depends on the booking value and your membership tier. You can also earn bonus points through referrals and special promotions.
How do I redeem my points?
Visit the Loyalty page in your account to view your points balance and redeem them. Points can be converted into vouchers that are applied as discounts during checkout on your next booking.
Do points expire?
Points remain active as long as your account is active and you make at least one booking within a 12-month period. Inactive accounts may have points expired after 12 months of no booking activity.
Referral Program
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When they sign up and complete their first booking, both you and your friend earn bonus loyalty points. There's no limit to the number of people you can refer.
Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in to your account and visit the "Refer & Earn" page accessible from the navigation bar. You'll find your unique referral link that you can share via email, social media, or messaging apps.
When do I receive my referral reward?
Referral points are credited after your referred friend completes their first eligible booking. You'll receive a notification when the reward is added to your account.
Account & Security
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" in the navigation bar and follow the prompts. You can sign up with your email address. Account creation is free and gives you access to member pricing, loyalty points, and booking management.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission, and payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers. We never store your full payment card details. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team through the Contact page to request account deletion. We'll process your request and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
