Terms of Service

By accessing or using InnVibes ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

InnVibes acts as an intermediary between you and hotel property providers. When you make a booking through the Platform: • You enter into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel property • InnVibes facilitates the booking but is not the provider of the accommodation • All bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's own terms and conditions • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated • Currency conversions are approximate and the final charge may vary based on your payment provider's exchange rate You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (dates, guest names, special requirements) are accurate at the time of booking.

All prices on the Platform are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed • Member pricing and exclusive rates are available only to registered and signed-in users • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of booking • You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your bookings • Promotional rates and vouchers are subject to their own terms and expiration dates InnVibes does not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers.

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. At the time of booking, you will be clearly informed of the applicable cancellation policy, which may include: • Free cancellation up to a specified deadline • Non-refundable bookings at a discounted rate • Partial refund options Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. InnVibes is not responsible for cancellation fees imposed by the hotel property in accordance with their stated policy. To cancel a booking, visit your "My Bookings" page or contact our support team.

The Good Vibes Club is InnVibes' membership and loyalty program. By participating: • Points are earned on eligible bookings and may be redeemed for vouchers or discounts • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold • InnVibes reserves the right to modify the points earning and redemption rates • Membership tiers and associated benefits may change with reasonable notice • Fraudulent activity, including abuse of the referral program, may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension Referral rewards are credited after the referred user completes their first eligible booking.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Platform • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers and networks • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Submit false booking information or make fraudulent reservations • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without express written permission • Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by InnVibes, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The InnVibes name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of InnVibes. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • InnVibes provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of hotel information, pricing, or availability • InnVibes is not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of any hotel accommodation • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim • InnVibes is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
